Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number, product requirement, model information, quantity, specifications, and message. The form also uses basic technical safeguards against automated abuse.
How it is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, coordinate quotations or technical clarification, communicate with relevant manufacturing partners when necessary, and maintain reasonable business records. Supplier details are not disclosed to buyers unless GND determines that disclosure is necessary and authorized.
Retention and security
Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably required for communication, quotation, legal, security, and business-record purposes. Access should be limited to authorized parties. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
International communication
Because GND works with overseas buyers and manufacturing resources in China, business information may be communicated across borders when necessary to respond to an inquiry or perform requested services.
